Support groups can help put feelings in perspective and reduce the sense of isolation that often accompanies loss. Our support groups provide an opportunity to share experiences, thoughts and feelings with understanding peers, which can be the first step toward building new social relationships and developing hope for the future. Many of these services are free. Others are offered at a nominal fee on a sliding scale basis or are covered by insurance. All support group meetings are conducted by professional counselors and trained volunteers. |
